When placing an order for any PrimeMyBody product(s), You, agree to and acknowledge you have read PMB's Terms of Use, Shipping & Claims Terms and Conditions.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

PMB will send email notification with confirmation of the order placed, and as soon as the order ships the Customer will then receive an email with tracking details. Email(s) will be sent to the address submitted with the order.

PLACING AN ORDER, PROCESSING, PRODUCT DELIVERY AND INSPECTION
Placing Your Order

An order may be placed for product(s) that PMB has posted for sale. In the event a product is on back order or out of stock and PMB is accepting orders, you agree to the terms posted for placing an order for such product.

Order and Payment

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received and we will start processing your order for fulfillment. If you do not receive a confirmation email for your purchase, then check your Account to see if your order is listed under My Orders. If there is not an order listed in your Account, then your order did not process properly. See our FAQ for more information on ordering and payment processing.

Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to input the correct shipping address when placing your order. Your order will be shipped to the address you indicate in the order process. Once your order is placed, shipping address cannot be changed, as orders are uploaded to fulfillment in real time.

Shipping Notification

Once your order has been processed for shipping, a notification will be sent to the email indicated in your account with the items being shipped and the associated tracking number, with which you can track your order and delivery. If product is delivered and left at your place of business, residence, at your home or office, residential or business complex or in your mailbox, in a PO Box or package collection box, or in a usual place of delivery by the courier, the product is considered delivered and your responsibility. It is your responsibility to make proper arrangements to receive your shipment.

Shipping Time for FOCUS and CALM Hemp Extracts

FOCUS and CALM hemp extracts are produced in small, handcrafted batches to maintain optimal freshness, potency, and effectiveness. Due to this careful process, fulfillment and shipping times may be extended. Orders containing FOCUS or CALM products may take up to 3.5 weeks to ship.

Product Inspection

It is your responsibility to visually inspect all goods upon receipt. If the package appears to be damaged, DO NOT open the package, but immediately take pictures of the packaging. Once you open the package, a proper visual inspection should be conducted prior to breaking of any safety seals, opening or consuming any product. Product will not be considered for replacement if the seal(s) is/are intentionally broken, product opened or consumed. Look for product shortage, breakage, leakage or tampering. If a visual inspection reveals any of these, immediately take pictures to document the issue, including pictures of the product and its manufacturing lot/batch detail, and send this information to https://primemybody.com/e_contact_pmb.php. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

SHIPPING OF SMARTSHIP ORDERS

PMB offers a monthly product auto-delivery program, SmartShip, whereby Customers have the opportunity to schedule a delivery of products they select to be processed for shipment on the same date every month. Your credit card is billed monthly on the date the SmartShip processes. SmartShip can be cancelled at any time in your account, BUT only prior to the processing date.

Once SmartShip payment is confirmed, your order will be processed, and fulfilled. In the event of a failed credit card transaction or a decline in processing the monthly SmartShip, an email will be sent to the email address on file to rectify the situation. Upon a third unsuccessful attempt to complete billing, your SmartShip will be cancelled in the system and will need to setup another SmartShip with updated credit card information. By requesting a refund for your monthly SmartShip order, you acknowledge and agree that your SmartShip subscription will be automatically canceled at the time the refund is processed.

SmartShip Shipping Policy for FOCUS and CALM

All SmartShip orders containing FOCUS and/or CALM will be processed as part of our rolling small-batch production schedule. This procedure is designed to prioritize shipment immediately following production while ensuring product freshness and quality are maintained.

OPTIONAL INSURANCE POLICY

Optional Insurance Coverage Policy means that you elected to purchase coverage at the time of your order. This provides protection for the order in accordance with the terms set forth. If your order arrives damaged, is stolen, or is not received, you must notify us within 10 of the delivery date. To submit a claim, please:

For damaged products, you will be required to submit photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to help us verify and process your claim.

Claims submitted without this information or beyond the 10-day window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.

30 DAY CUSTOMER GUARANTEE POLICY

30-Day Money Back Guarantee: We proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. That means you have thirty days after receiving your item to request a return label and a refund, even if the item is opened!

Note: If returning an item, a shipping fee is issued to return the item with a prepaid label. We do not offer refunds on the ONE80 Lifestyle Reset or the ONE80 Lifestyle Reset System.

Once we’ve received your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Initiating a return of your SmartShip order, will result in the cancellation of your monthly SmartShip.

REFUND POLICY

The Company provides a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee on all products, with the exception of the ONE80 Lifestyle Reset and ONE80 Lifestyle Reset System. Customers are eligible to request a return label and refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Products may be returned in opened or unopened condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return has been received and processed.

SMARTSHIP AGREEMENT

One or more items in your cart are part of a recurring SmartShip subscription. By completing your payment, you agree to automatic monthly charges. Failed payments will trigger up to two additional attempts; if all attempts fail, the SmartShip will be canceled, and a new subscription will be required.

Initiating a return of your SmartShip order, will result in the cancellation of your monthly SmartShip.
